The process of automatic feeding and cutting:
Automatic feeding and cutting refers to accurately feeding the leveled metal sheets into a laser blanking machine for cutting. In this process, the servo feeder plays a role in ensuring that the metal sheets move at a precise speed and position.
Programming and task allocation: Operators input cutting tasks, including cutting graphics and cutting parameters, through programming software. After programming is completed, the tasks are imported into the industrial computer, and the control system automatically assigns the tasks to each laser cutting machine.
